Yanisa is a senior associate at MSW Ventures supporting Asia Fund X in identifying high-potential startups and providing dedicated guidance to its portfolio founders for accelerated growth. Previously, a Venture Investor at Plug and Play Tech Center, where she had led and closed early-stage investment deals across enterprise tech, construction tech and supply chain tech startups. Additionally, she had managed portfolio startups, supporting founders in their operations and facilitated their proof-of-concept with corporate clients.

Before joining the venture capital industry, Yanisa held a role as a Corporate Finance Associate where she participated in M&A and IPOs executions. During her NUS Overseas College exchange program in Stockholm, she undertook entrepreneurial studies at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Additionally, she interned for a European fintech startup where she created a financial forecast model and conducted market studies on go-to-market strategies.

Yanisa holds a BBA (Hons with Distinction) from the National University of Singapore with a major in finance.  For her entrepreneurial pursuit of a food waste seed project, Yanisa was awarded a S$10,000 Venture Initiation Program grant from NUS Enterprise.

Thai native localised in Singapore, Yanisa aspires to leverage her regional perspective to one day contribute and bolster the entrepreneurship ecosystem in her homeland. She is proficient in both English and Thai as well as has a conversational level of Mandarin.
